It's not like people are not aware of what they need to do to change their current level,it's just that they feel they don't have the means to.

But what they don't realize is; their knowledge is just a step to change that. They have to begin taking practical steps via their actions. 

And when practical step via action begins, the end product would be results.

Most of the times, we all want to change and become better at who we are, what we do or where we are. We want to improve in areas we know we are not doing well. Though that's good but it sure isn't enough to 'want to change'. There's a big difference between 'wanting to change' and staying 'committed to change'. You want something doesn't mean you'll get it! You have to act in a way that helps you get it before you have it.  Change occurs first; in our mind! You want to change and grow in those areas? then you've got to check the files in your mind and get rid of those mindset that are wrong and adopt new ones that will elevate you to improve greatly in those areas.  Consciously observe your thoughts and actions so you can live from the correct choices in the present moment rather than being run by wrong programming from the past!
