Most of the times, we all want to change and become better at who we are, what we do or where we are. We want to improve in areas we know we are not doing well.
Though that's good but it sure isn't enough to 'want to change'. There's a big difference between 'wanting to change' and staying 'committed to change'. You want something doesn't mean you'll get it! You have to act in a way that helps you get it before you have it.
Change occurs first; in our mind!
You want to change and grow in those areas? then you've got to check the files in your mind and get rid of those mindset that are wrong and adopt new ones that will elevate you to improve greatly in those areas.
Consciously observe your thoughts and actions so you can live from the correct choices in the present moment rather than being run by wrong programming from the past!
It all begins from your mind!
You can choose to either think in ways that will push you to improve better or hold you back from improving.
P.S: Get rid of those wrong mindset in your mind,adopt better ideas and begin to take actions in line with the adopted ideas and you'll see yourself improve.
